DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE HORRENDOUS SERVICE

I ordered the bed online no issues then sent a follow up email to ask when it would be delivered got response back saying they had cancelled my order. Tried several times to ask what was going on went through to a voicemail - no response from message left.Eventually I got an email saying it would be delivered next day and they would ring before they got to me.On day of delivery no phone call very late and when the one man turned up (was meant to be a 2 man delivery) didn’t apologise said he’d had a sleep!! When I asked if he was going to put bed up he said that will be extra- not what it says on website!!Asked if there were instructions he said there was and in fact no instructions and came with screws missing.Have sent complaint email nothing backDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS
