I have ordered from this company, there had been an error on the delivery address what I had made aware for them to amend. I had a very basic none helpful response, was just told they have cancelled the order and I’ve to buy again? With no information about how long my payment will come back to me for anything for that matter! I have emailed several times after this and no response? This had now lead me to not trust this company which is sad as I really wanted to receive the bed I bought! I have now had to take this up with my bank to retrieve my money back due to the lack of communication from them!! So now I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will be making trading standards aware.
