On 12 December, I ordered a ham as a Christmas gift, with delivery scheduled for 19 December. On 15 December, I was informed it would be dispatched on 18th. However, on 19th, the company stated it had been sent out. The courier also promised delivery that day, but it never arrived. On 20 December, I was told by the courier it would arrive between 07:00 and 12:00, but it didn’t. After complaining to the company on 21 December, they assured me it would be delivered that day, which it wasn't. On 22 December, the courier indicated it would come on the 23rd. I warned the company about a potential negative review, and they finally agreed to send a new ham via a different service, which arrived as promised. I cannot comment on the quality of the ham since it was a gift. I rated the company two stars because they only took action after being threatened with bad publicity, yet they ultimately attempted to resolve the issue. The courier received one star in a separate review for their failure to deliver.
