The BG engineer telephoned 15 or 20 minutes prior to warm of his impending arrival. He was in our home for 2 to 3 hours during which time he dismantled our gas boiler a replaced a large part within it. During his visit we discussed heating systems in general and remote monitoring via Hive. Consequently the engineer arranged for better remote monitoring of our heating system.
