I have just transferred to British Gas and hadn't received my electric key to top up. I just contacted customer services and spoke to a gentleman called Chatwin who was really helpful and solved my problem. I accidentally put the phone down without completing the survey so I just wanted to say that the service I received from Chatwin was exceptional. Kept me updated while he was getting to the bottom of the problem and spent the time and effort to find the best solution. He was great. Thank you!
