I've tried several times via chat and they say they will fix it but it doesn't get fixed. I've tried phoning and it's an automated system which records your response. Then it asks you to use chat or phone. I asked via chat how to raise a complaint and they give you a link which takes you to "chat" to raise a complaint. Just go round and round in circles. Terrible company to deal with.

You do realise that one of your suggested resolutions in your reply is to use "Chat" :-) .
I'll try your Facebook route but don't hold out much hope. Why don't you use email??.
