I submitted a meter reading, but they claimed it was unprocessable. Soon after, I received a bill exceeding £600. When I contacted them via chat with my reading, I was assured adjustments would be made before any deductions, which did not occur. My second attempt also failed, and I was given a drastically lower adjusted reading of £30. They promised a refund, but it hasn't come through. I'm left wondering how many other small businesses are owed credits. They shouldn't hold onto funds that aren't theirs!
