I submitted a meter reading, but they couldn't process it. Not long after, I received a bill for over £600. When I contacted them with my reading, they assured me adjustments would be made before any deductions, but that never happened. A second attempt also failed, resulting in a drastically lower adjusted reading of £30. They promised a refund that has yet to arrive. I can't help but wonder how many other small businesses are in a similar situation. They shouldn't hold onto funds that don’t belong to them!
