Wouldn't waste your time signing up to these idiots,, can't get anything correct..my lasted bill showing 25%vat. When did they take over hmrc ... Will be going to the ombudsman with bills. Also they will objecting vat declaration claims with an email. And trying to contact them via webchat is so frustrating, will never join anything that has webchat customers services again. Wouldn't mind their not even cheap. Octopus miles better company.
