I will never use a traditional local estate agent again! I struggled selling my house and I used a few estate agents who all promised the earth, but delivered nothing but awful service. I was dubious when I received a letter from British Homebuyers, but listened to their options and decided to give them a chance. They were always available, gave honest opinions, but most importantly sold my house. I liked being able to show people around my house (not everyone’s cup of tea) however I felt that I sold the features better than an estate agent trying to sell numerous houses. In addition, the reassurance of a deposit from the buyers once an offer had been agreed provided extra reassurance as I had previously had buyers pull out further down the line with me incurring all the fees.
