Highly Recommended!

We had been disillusioned with the usual high street agents so when I spoke to James at BHB, it seemed to tick all the boxes. He was great at answering all of our questions, big or small, and generally making the whole process very smooth. Will and the team of agents were so approachable and always reminded me that they worked for us, so I felt like we had control, although very much guided and supported by BHB. Alex was there at the end of process, whilst we completed on our sale, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. The whole process was a breath of fresh air and although their fees are higher than the usual agents, it is worth it for peace of mind.

Thank you for your interest in our property, stating that you ‘have come across the property on the market’. The fact it isn’t on the market, the surrounding land hasn’t been for ten years and, in fact, the house burned to a ruin some eleven years ago, makes your potential offer of a large amount very attractive. I feel, however, that someone in your office is not quite on the ball.

After a nightmare with our first estate…

After a nightmare with our first estate agent, we selected to go with British Homebuyers, the whole process of listing the property has easy and swift. Kept us informed the whole way.Had our first request for a viewing about 24hrs after going live. Within a week we had an offer on the property and 9 weeks later we moved into our new house. Pretty much a stress free process! Thanks BH, you've been out of this world! 10/10

Unsolicited Junk Mail

The envelope was marked "Private and Confidential" and yet no specific named addressee.I have continually sent back these letters marked" return to sender ,unsolicited junk mail". I have a contracted sales agent already.This company is finding homes advertised for sales and flooding the owners with mail shots.This company is based well over 100 miles away, no local knowledge so how can they have "Taken an interest in your property in particular"(sic)They have even "assisted with a property near you "(sic) nowhere near me!!!!!The one star they earn is for keeping my postie in employment.I have again sent back marked "unsolicited return to sender"UPDATE IN RESPONSE THE THE REPLY 19TH FEB.I have been asked to provide my email address ,name and phone number by this company on separate communication from Trustpilot. NO! and NO,I will not email this company direct.I only give personal details to a company I wish to have dealings with!I send the postal correspondence back to the postal address on the envelope ,marked "unsolicited" remove from list and similar. Sometimes I have returned the same with same message across the letter inside.This is the advised method to deal with unwarranted communications that arrive in the post.It is quite obvious that this company does not take any notice of which addresses have returned their unwanted missives.No, you are not having my name, nor my address.Try reading the Estate Agents Code of Ethics ,which states that one should not poach a client already signed up under contract to another agent.

Great people working hard for you

I had my property up with 3 differant estate agents over the past 3 years with only about 5 viewing of which I felt 2 were being nosey.I saw British home buyer, probably online, a thought I shall give them a go which I am so glad I did.They got a viewing for us within the first 2 week, it may have been less. The first viewer loved it and left please with what she saw, and came back a few days later saying it was Idea and wanted to bye, it took a long time due to the fact that it was the church with commitees to go through member of which are volentary workers and only did it part time, anyway it was getting a long wait but Charles, my contact was brilliant chasing them and keeping me updated, at times I was phoning every day and felt I was being a pest but Charles was get and didnt mind, well thats what he said🤔😄GIVE THEM A TRY YOU CANT GET BETTERGive them a try

Poor service

I contacted the company after looking at a property on Rightmove.A week later I was sent a homebuyers report following communication from them which was somewhat fraught. The homebuyers report having viewed many was poor with disambiguation and misspelling.Overall I was dissatisfied with the service

Good service.

Each stage of the sale was dealt with by professional and courteous staff who kept me regularly updated. I was unable to find a buyer using local estate agents so I'm glad I decided to switch to British Homebuyers. Would recommend them to anybody selling a property.

Delighted with the service provided by…

Delighted with the service provided by British Homebuyers. Although we did not sell particularly quickly I believe this is due to the nature of the market at the time and they did everything in their power to get a sale for us eventually. Always responsive and helpful on the phone and email, I felt listened to, well advised and supported throughout our selling journey. Molly in the sales team and Fallon in the completion team were both excellent to work with.
