We haven’t received our panels yet. It’s been nearly a month.
I have emailed no end of times with no response. We were given a delivery date of 4th April but that came and went without a delivery. It took me a further 3 emails before I got a response to say that they were waiting for a shipment to arrive. I have tried calling but it doesn’t get answered. So, to improve- keep in contact with your customer, tell them what’s going on, deliver on time and keep your promises.
