The product itself is fantastic — it looks great once installed and works exactly as expected. I’m really happy with the final result. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication on the customer service side needs attention. The phone number provided goes straight to a full mailbox, so you can’t leave a message or get through. Other than that, the overall experience was solid and the product quality is excellent.

I have already put a review on here, after repeatedly asking for a refund and no response at all for days!
My review on here prompted a response saying it would be passed to customer service.
What a surprise I have heard nothing since.
If you do buy from this company be aware the customer service is appalling the worst I have ever come across and I feel more each day that I am unlikely to get my refund unless I contact my bank.
That is my next step.

Tried contacting company via email and phone about rearranging delivery. I also left a note as it states on delivery due note. Not got a reply. When items arrived (2 x bronze trims) they were not packaged at all. Just taped together and don't even have a protective film on. Both trims are badly scratched and unusable.
I have emailed the company again and also tried ringing but it goes to a message saying unable to take call and mailbox is full. The colour of the trims are a really dark brown and absolutely nothing like the photos on website. I just wa.t to speak with the company so we can sort this out I don't hold out much hope. I want to give them the chance before every

The social media team said they’d pass on my issue but still I’ve had no contact from the customer service team! Now I’m stuck with my order that I can’t return or fix!

The panels themselves are good but both the customer service and delivery are tragic. I've been completely ignored with emails, don't provide a number to call and the delivery notes were completely ignored. And the panels turned up about two weeks late.

If you're willing to endure patience and testing customer experience then the panels will arrive......eventually
