The natural wood panels I ordered created a straining flickering effect on the eyes, so I returned the entire order in its original packaging. Not only did I have to pay £39.99 for the collection, but they are now refusing to refund the full amount without explanation. Customer service is ignoring my emails regarding the refund breakdown.
