No customer service just want your money!!

Bought some panels came a darker shade than advertised but still kept the product, went on to buy more as i needed extra to find the shade delivered was the shade i ordered originally so was given the wrong order the first time. Tried to contact shop many many times to get an exchange but no-one answers the phone and you cant leave a message as the answer phone box is full. Tried to email them with no reply and Facebook messaged them to get a reply of email us!! So now I have an unfinished room and an order of the wrong shade in my kitchen. Please answer my email or call me on the number i gave you!!
