This is just a preliminary review of an order I placed 8 days ago. If you think you can reach out to them, forget it. Their payment system seems to function well, but everything else is lacking. It's hard to believe that in 2025, phone lines can still be down. Maybe a telegraph pole fell, and an engineer is on vacation. Phone contact is impossible, and even more strangely, the voicemail is full, so you get cut off! Don't take my word for it; try it yourself. Emails take 3 to 4 days for a response, which makes me think they might have just one person handling all admin, orders, and customer support. I fear that if I encounter any issues, they won't be addressed promptly, if at all. A truly disappointing company—consider yourself warned.
