I’ve given this company ample time to resolve the issue, this has not happened.

I ordered three panels and after reading reviews I didn’t expect too much communication so I waited and the panels were delivered about 10 days later which was fine but all three panels have been dropped on the corner and they were all damaged.
The company agreed to either send out a replacement or offer me 10% which was about £8 so I chose to receive new panels.
Whilst I was waiting for the new panel to arrive, I discarded of the old ones as they were so big and in my way.
They then refused to send out new ones as they wanted to collect the old ones which I no longer had.
So now I am left out of pocket no panels and I am getting no reply.so very frustrating
