We were told 10 days from point of order confirmation. Order came 3 days late. No communication from the company to tell us. No phone number so only email - which takes ages for a response. Panels delivered WRONG AND DAMAGED. Emailed again to let them know another 14 days until delivery of correct panels. No apology. No talk of compensation or a gesture of goodwill despite our request. No refund of delivery charge. Panel quality is poor. Will be taking this further to get some of my money back. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!
