Repeated failed deliveries and no stock. My order with British Homes Direct has been a terrible experience. Five delivery dates were scheduled and every one of them failed — twice marked “unsuccessful” even though no attempt was made, and others cancelled at the last minute. On the fifth date I was finally told the items had never been in stock and were never on any delivery van. I had to keep rearranging work to be home, and communication was almost non‑existent. Emails are rarely answered and when they were the information was often untrue, and there’s no phone number to speak to anyone. Over a month after ordering, still no delivery. They are taking orders they cannot fulfil. I would not recommend them.
