Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered quite a few things, and as lovely as they seem, some were very cheap looking. The snail boot arrived with an important screw missing, after weeks waiting for it to be especially made. Customer Services are reasonably ok with the response times, however, communication is not good. I was asked to pack it back up and take it to a parcel drop off. After explaining that it was very heavy and I could not print out a returns label, I asked them to arrange a courier to collect, which was eventually arranged for a Wednesday, after a few emails back and forth. Gareth appears to have forgotten as it was still waiting to be collected a week after the agreed day. After contacting CS again, it was eventually collected. Disappointingly though, instead of sending a replacement, a refund has been issued for slightly less than it appears I originally paid. I just feel that they are not passionate enough about their customer service. A huge let down.
