Just thought customer would like to know how This company deals with its complaint i sent an email to who I believe is the company's CEO Mr Knowles on12th of August 2025 it is now 27th August & i have had NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER FROM HIM OR ANY MEMBER OF HIS STAFF. The Complaint was about there price stuttering & how i believe it to be unfairly priced there Afternoon teas. Im not going to all the details on here but if this is how the company deals with its complaints well they don't deceiver to be in Business especially if the choice to ignore them.
