My partner has been trying to access the archives, but her payment attempts are consistently declined. Customer service keeps attributing it to a fraud issue and simply tells her to try again, which is unhelpful. She repeats the process with the same result. It's frustrating that employees in these organizations can't take responsibility for their malfunctioning systems. As Einstein said, doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is madness. This is quite unhelpful.
