I was disappointed as the pillow was used as directed as a side sleeper but I felt quite dizzy when I got up as it tilts downward at the back. I did try many times to contact this company and left several messages to ask to return it but no one answered or bothered to read my email enquiries either. Very poor customer service cant reccomend the pillow at all.
