i bought my first Contour Relief Pillow in November last year. It took a couple of nights to get used to the difference, but now i certainly sleep better and am able to side-sleep much more comfortably and do not wake up with an aching neck! So, a real success for me.

After ordering, I heard nothing about delivery. I emailed twice, rang 3 times - no response. I wasn't in a hurry just needed to know a day. It arrive 8 days after ordering via Royal mail. The tracking system didn't work until the day before delivery. The pillow is as described, I tried it last night it seemed comfy for my neck and shoulder, however, I woke up snoring ! I don't snore usually, most odd. I'll see how it goes over the next week, fingers crossed it helps.
This is the first time I have used a pillow this shape. It is really comfortable and my head and neck now feel better supported when lying on my back or on the side. I had read some negative reviews about it, but I think it's a great shape and size and I would thoroughly recommend.
Poor customer service. They do not reply to emails or respond to messages sent via their website. Also tried calling, after leaving message still no contact. My pillow has not arrived as yet over 3 weeks now. Don't hold much hope in returning should I need to. That's if I ever receive it!!
