I purchased this mandibular advancement device believing it was not a boil-and-mould product, which was a key requirement for me. Unfortunately, it is a boil-and-mould device, making it no different from far cheaper alternatives available elsewhere. At this price point, that makes it extremely poor value for money.When I contacted customer services to query this, the experience was very disappointing. Rather than being helpful, the responses were argumentative, defensive, and unconstructive. Overall, the product did not meet expectations, and the customer service response significantly worsened the experience. I would not recommend this device based on value, clarity of product description, or after-sales support.
