They sold me a sub standard product when I complained they refused any refund or suggestion of another product. Fine - as they can’t be reused, so I felt I would write a review of my experience and warn other customers about this specific product. They have refused to say why they won’t publish my review. This product has no reviews which suggests to me no-one has written a positive review. I find this to be a deeply troubling and suspicious business model. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased this mandibular advancement device believing it was not a boil-and-mould product, which was a key requirement for me. Unfortunately, it is a boil-and-mould device, making it no different from far cheaper alternatives available elsewhere. At this price point, that makes it extremely poor value for money.When I contacted customer services to query this, the experience was very disappointing. Rather than being helpful, the responses were argumentative, defensive, and unconstructive. Overall, the product did not meet expectations, and the customer service response significantly worsened the experience. I would not recommend this device based on value, clarity of product description, or after-sales support.
Avoid! I bought the nose dilator, nearly £20 wasted. Doesn’t fit for a start. Customer service useless and not interested. And now after seeing other reviews it’s pretty obvious it’s a sham of a company. If the product doesn’t work then they should refund. End of.
The prices from this company are ridiculous , I was caught out a while ago , buy your anti snoring products elsewhere.Use the site to choose your product, then google the product . Some of them are almost double !!!!!!! Also the British snoring association is made up and run by them , this gives a legitimacy to their product pricing . Shop around people !!!!!!!!
The product isn't comfortable and doesn't work. I followed the video and instructions carefully. I also bought the nasal and throat spray that also doesn't work. According to my dentist and ENT consultant both the device and the spray are not worth the money, especially the spray which at £19 is a scam. Other companies offer a full refund if their products don't work. Not this company! Do not buy from this company, they shrug off any criticism and just tell you you're not using it correctly or you should have read more carefully before buying!
I recommend you do not buy a product from his company. I ordered a snoring guard after following the 'what type of snorer are you' advice. I was recommended a particular product which I duly ordered - what the information failed to be clear on was that the product was not suitable for people with large gaps in their teeth. I ordered the product, opened the box and read the instructions - once I realised that I could not use the product I got in touch with their customer services. They took a while to get back but they sent me an email stating that as long as the hygiene seal was intact inside I could get my money back. Now I knew that I had not opened anything inside so I packaged it back up in its original packaging and sent it back confident that I would get a refund. Not so - I received an email back stating that their QA person had checked my package and that the hygiene seal had been tampered with - a fact that I know to be completely untrue. I paid a lot of money for a device that is completely unsuitable and their returns policy is shocking. I have no way of proving that the hygiene seal was intact because I no longer have the product that I paid for - they do. Do not purchase anything from this company and whatever you do make sure you read the small print over everything before you even consider it. I am absolutely shocked to be honest - I thought I was ordering from a bona fide company, I feel let down and extremely annoyed - I think conned would be the word.
