I recommend you do not buy a product from his company. I ordered a snoring guard after following the 'what type of snorer are you' advice. I was recommended a particular product which I duly ordered - what the information failed to be clear on was that the product was not suitable for people with large gaps in their teeth. I ordered the product, opened the box and read the instructions - once I realised that I could not use the product I got in touch with their customer services. They took a while to get back but they sent me an email stating that as long as the hygiene seal was intact inside I could get my money back. Now I knew that I had not opened anything inside so I packaged it back up in its original packaging and sent it back confident that I would get a refund. Not so - I received an email back stating that their QA person had checked my package and that the hygiene seal had been tampered with - a fact that I know to be completely untrue. I paid a lot of money for a device that is completely unsuitable and their returns policy is shocking. I have no way of proving that the hygiene seal was intact because I no longer have the product that I paid for - they do. Do not purchase anything from this company and whatever you do make sure you read the small print over everything before you even consider it. I am absolutely shocked to be honest - I thought I was ordering from a bona fide company, I feel let down and extremely annoyed - I think conned would be the word.
