We have been customers with CA Britline for over 20 years. During this period they have always been available to assist in any query and have made our life so much easier from organising insurance policies to managing bank accounts for our children. CA Britline is like banking was in the UK 40 years ago when you knew the bank manager and more importantly, they and the bank staff knew you. All the team are polite and helpful. Today Jane brought my attention to a potential problem. Her prompt intervention allowed me to take appropriate action and nuetralise the issue. I cannot imagine any UK High Street Bank being so usefully pro-active. Top marks to Jane and the rest of the Britline team.
