Poor and unreliable Customer Service

While the training package is excellent, the customer service is extremely poor and unreliable. It is genuinely easier to reach HMRC than to get a response from the British Safety Council by email or phone. You may be told you are first in the queue, but after waiting for 10 minutes the line disconnects, followed by a voicemail prompt for you to leave a message—one that is unlikely to be returned
