I completed my IOSH Managing Safely but…

I completed my IOSH Managing Safely but I was only issued a Temporary virtual certificate with a note that IOSH will send my certificate in few weeks. It's been 1 month plus I haven't gotten any information from British Safety Council or IOSH with regards to the certificate.

encountered a consistently poor customer service experience while dealing with Britsafe.org / Britsafe.ind (Britsafe.ind India based). Key issues include refusal of refund, course completion certificate since November2025 which was published on reed.co.uk by Britsafe.org,  communication failures, and concerning business practices: • My NEBOSH course completion certificate, which should have been issued in November 2025, has still not been received.•  The NEBOSH examination has yet to be booked since November2025. Issues with Misinformation and Course Providers:• False and misleading information was published by Britsafe.org / Britsafe.ind on Reed.co.uk • Britsafe received negative learner reviews for this course on Reed.co.uk dating back to 2023.• Due to these persistent issues, Reed.co.uk has reportedly ceased dealing with Britsafe.org / Britsafe.ind. Customer Service and Communication Problems:• Inaccessible Support: The Britsafe India customer service team is consistently unreachable via phone calls. They are unable to provide a log or record to support their claim that "a lot of" phone calls were attempted from their side or that connection issues were external.• Unprofessional Ticketing Process: The customer service and ticketing process is highly unprofessional:• A request for a service rating email was sent to me before the original issue was resolved.• The support ticket was closed without a solution being provided and without giving me the opportunity to submit a negative service rating. Great course, all thanks to a great and knowledgeable trainer

Really enjoyed the course – very informative with real life stories. The practical approach made learning more meaningful. It gave us practical knowledge we can carry into our real life situations and workplaces. I really appreciated our trainer-Adam, how he focused on helping us understand the course content, not just pass the exam. He was very engaging and encouraging, he broke down the complex topics in a way that actually made sense. Thank you!

British Safety Council learners support

British Safety Council NEBOSH General Certificate training course is very well constructed. I took it online in my own time and I am very impressed with the learning materials and contents of training (videos, quizzes, tests). I have passed NG1 first time but had to undertake a second submission of NG2. I was worried that I may not pass again but thanks to the meetings BSC is organising before every exam I met Maria Lopez who has been an incredible teacher and a great example of British Safety Council support for learners. I cannot thank Maria enough for explaining the NG2 requirements in details so I could understand what is expected to pass. Maria's extensive professional experience and approach to trainees is exceptional and because of Maria's enthusiasm, directions and support I have been able to implement the NEBOSH feedback and pass NG2. I would highly recommend any courses by British Safety Council. I would advice learners to adhere to feedback and listen to BSC support. Thank you!

NEBOSH National General Certificate

I have been studying the NEBOSH qualification for the past 2 years, The Information given by Brits council is very good. The study pack is also excellent if you know what you are doing. I did my first exam back last year and I failed it, because I did not fully understand how to answer the questions. I was very upset and when I contacted British Safety Council, they put me through to Maria who spoke to me and calm me down. Maria started to tutor me once every week. I was very impressed with the way she immediately went through the different techniques of answering the exam questions. Maria was very patient, she made sure that I understood and applied myself well. she was always supportive and no one was left behind. Thank you Maria for your relentless help. you have been an anchor throughout my Journey and the world needs more teachers like you. I passed this exam because I was able to understand exactly what I needed to pass my exam.

Life-changing support from Maria Lopez - finally Passed my NEBOSH NG1

After failing my NEBOSH NG1 National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety exam three times (with score of 35 and 40), I was starting to lose hope. I had the knowledge and experience, but I just couldn't crack the way NEBOSH expects you to structure your answers.Maria Lopez at the British Safety Council provided high-level, tailored support that made all the difference. She didn't just explain the content, she trained me on how to think and write in the NEBOSH way. Her guidance was clear, practical, and incredibly effective.I ended up scoring 61 out of 82 marks in my recent exam - and that's without even completing two tasks worth a total of 18 marks! NEBOSH General OBE success

I have been studying for the NEBOSH General with the British Safety Council and had been struggling with the correct technique to answer the mock tests for the NG1 OBE correctly. Huge thanks to Maria Lopez who was able to encourage me to use my knowledge and experience in conjunction with the mock scenarios to ensure full and justified answers. These sessions were pivotal in helping me to me pass my NG1 with a great score in February 2025 and having also completed the NG2 I now hold the NEBOSH National General Certificate, something I am extremely proud of. Thanks again Maria for all your help, I am hugely grateful for the support and encouragement you shown me to help me believe in myself to pass.
