I ordered chocolate and paid for both the product and a high delivery fee, only to be asked for an additional payment upon delivery for customs duties that shouldn't apply to personal use items. I refused the delivery, returned it unopened, but the company refused to issue a refund. They were clearly at fault, and the return was made well within the 14-day cancellation window allowed by law. Don’t be misled by fraudulent sellers; many reputable options are available.
