On the 2nd of December I ordered Xmas items to be shipped to France.According to their website the delivery time estimate was 5 working days.It is now 23rd December and there is still no sign of my parcel arriving.The delivery company - Colis Privee has been sitting on my parcel since 8th December. I have a tracking number but as the parcel seems to be stuck somewhere nothing has changed since the 8th December. Colis privee have a very bad reputation here in France, the words incompetant, inefficient and even swindlers appear frequently in reviews about them.. They have a helpline that is surtaxed at €2.50 + and statistically only relpy to 50% of the complaints made by customers.I have called Britstore several times but so far this has not helped.Beware also of the telephone number that you enter on the Britsore site I put in the full number including the country code. This was of course truncated by the delivery company! so the phone number that they have for me is wrong. I sent several e-mails to them to correct it but it is still wrong on their system.If ever my parcel arrives I have no idea if I can get a refund. The parcel contains items ordered for christmas 2016. These items will not be good for 2017
