I ordered Hipp Stage 1 formula from Britstore.co.uk. I paid extra for ParcelForce delivery, which stated approximately 5 business days on their website. When it became apparent that the shipment was lost or stuck in customs (after 2 weeks), rather than investigating and trying to help get me the product I ordered customer service directed me to contact USPS and try and sort it out for myself. After a few emails they agreed the shipment was lost and agreed to send a new shipment. I received my order 1 month after I ordered it. I understand that things happen and sometimes shipments get lost, but after paying $52 for shipping I expect the company to take some accountability, which did not happen with Britstore. I thought I would share this because if you do run into issues with your shipment Britstore will not take any responsibility.
