I opted for 48-hour shipping in time for Christmas, but my order arrived today only partially filled. Many items were missing. I reached out via phone and email, and they eventually responded, stating they couldn't locate the item I had ordered. If that was the case, why wasn't I informed before the shipment went out? I only found out when I called to express my frustration, and a partial refund was only initiated after my complaint. The representative on the phone showed no remorse or understanding. It's unacceptable to list items you can't deliver. I specifically ordered for the Tango Dark Berry and paid exorbitant shipping fees. The customer service was appalling; they fail to deliver and only inform you when you call in upset! I strongly advise against ordering. I've read other reviews mentioning that refunds don't materialize, so I'll be watching closely and will reach out to my bank if I don't see it soon.
