For over 25 years, I have generally experienced excellent service from the company. However, during this occasion, I needed to cancel my wife's participation in our outward journey due to her needing to care for her father. I was quite disappointed to find that there was an additional fee just to remove her from the booking. Additionally, the process felt somewhat cumbersome.
