I found the online booking process to be quite difficult and frustrating. It was particularly hard to arrange a return on a different route. Once I finally got the routes sorted, I faced challenges because I was booking for multiple people and didn't have all the necessary information, like dates of birth. It would have been helpful to have a note or tip at the beginning outlining what was needed before moving forward, as I ended up having to start over. A save option could improve the experience. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
