I am disappointed that Brittany Ferries continues to transport unweaned calves on 18hour journeys between Ireland and France, despite ongoing welfare concerns raised by NGOs and public.
Rather than facing these concerns, BF seems to prioritize profit and reputation management. Deleting critical comments instead of addressing them damages their credibility in my eyes.
Transport companies make choices about the business they support. Continuing this practice sends a clear message about priorities.
I expected better. :(
