NO REFUND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Made a purchase and emailed to cancel a day later. Was questioned WHY we wanted to cancel and then received automated emails. Opened a Paypal dispute and now they are saying…..“We apologize for the unpleasant experience. Because our colleagues were unable to process orders over the weekend, we planned to process the refund on Monday. However, we found that you had submitted a case, so processing was temporarily suspended. have a nice day”So have escalated the Paypal case for further action. Extremely poor customer service on such a simple thing to do - BE AWARE!
