I am quite surprised at so many negative comments re EE broadband. My husband has been a customer for years and previously with orange who were taken over. That’s as far as his involvement goes as I do all the sorting out of any problems or concerns.
I have always received great customer service and EE have found me (husband) the best deals available.
My most recent problem was after we moved house. We got in touch with customer service - no problems getting through and I explained the situation (continual buffering). EE sent someone round pretty quickly but he couldn’t find the fault so he arranged for somebody else to come out. Both worked really hard to fix this problem for us but fix it they did! (Was too technical for us to understand).
