Items were marked as dispatched while still in the warehouse, and despite requesting a reliable courier for next-day delivery, it was sent through a less dependable service. This experience was frustrating, particularly after paying for a preferred option.
The pricing was excellent, and delivery was prompt, with attentive customer service when needed. However, I faced challenges with returns, as communication relies heavily on phone calls. The return process is cumbersome, and despite testing, there were delays in receiving feedback. It took a considerable amount of time to resolve the issues.
