Loved the free initial startup, but even more appreciated the Customer Service. I was with Sky before and it was impossible to speak to anyone ever! A Customer Service agent called Donna called me to check everything was ok. I also called them and got through straight away to an actual person, much better. Thanks guys!

Reece was patient, understood the previous, poor actions of Airband and 3rd party Open Reach, where return phone calls were not made and the original in person installation didn’t complete the job.

Reece, as senior technical support, resolved my installation over the phone which took a hour or so. He intended to make sure he stayed on the phone call until the situation had been dealt with.

A welcome professional who’s very good at his job.

Airband has provided us with excellent customer service over several years, Sadly, we have had to leave them because of connection instability and intermittency with their Wireless Network that was a consequence of our remote rural location (and rotten weather and no fibre network). Their agent, Donna, was most helpful in facilitating this. I would recommend Airband to others in areas with reliable signal.

I received very clear communication from the representative regarding the various packages as my contract approaches renewal in May 2026. I responded via email and received confirmation within the hour, so I cannot fault the customer service provided.

Excellent service with minimal interruptions

The service provided has been excellent, with just one significant outage over the last year. The renewal process was simple, thanks to the efficient support from the representative. My only worry is the annual price hike; if it rises again at the next renewal, I might need to explore other options.

Mixed feelings about the initial experience with the service

The beginning with the service was quite disappointing, involving numerous calls to technical support and several weeks of issues with no internet and inadequate communication. However, I eventually managed to reach a representative who calmly addressed all the problems and got us connected. I can't fault their customer service, so I give 5 stars for that. Everything is resolved now, and the connection is indeed fast and reliable—a refreshing change for us living in a rural area where options are limited!
