Just booked our honey moon with MSC. Very excited. Chloe S was amazing and was so lovely the whole time. Honestly if it was just based on her customer service It would be a 5*. Only took 1 star off due to some hidden fees - while Chloe was upfront with this on our phone call, it would be amazing if transfers and the all inclusive in the 2 night hotel stay would have been included also as this can work out to an additional £200-£300 additional. But amazing customer service and we can’t wait to go!
