I bought the wine trio specifically because it was advertised to come in a nice crate. Instead, it arrived in a small basket. I could have bought the wine and a better basket for half the price myself, but I wanted the nice crate as a gift. I called customer support, and they instructed me to email with a picture. After sending the email, I followed up with a call. Eventually, I received a response stating that substitutions are standard and since I agreed to their terms of service, they wouldn't provide the crate for my gift. WHAT A RIPOFF. Avoid this company if you expect to receive what you pay for.
