Their holders come in 2 pieces- one is a custom mount for your vehicle's dashboard, and the other is a phone holder (generic or customised for some phones, such as iPhone and Pixel).My order was dispatched quickly, so I received it the next day by Royal Mail 24. The only bad part was no tracking number was supplied in the email shipping confirmation. The custom mount for my 2019 Mazda 2 fits perfectly. It looks like it was supplied by Mazda and it holds the phone steady with absolutely no shake when driving. However, the description of the custom mount is reads as though the mount can be easily removed and reinstalled, which isn't accurate. It's more of a "semi-permanent" design since the mount has 2 adhesive pads. But each design is different for each car, so maybe designs for other car models are easier to uninstall and install.
