Bought this phone holder as it was supposedly made to fit my exact brand of car. Well it didn't. Absolutely pathetic customer service and very expensive basically for a piece of useless plastic. Don't fall for the hype like I did, don't waste your money.
Purchased a holder for my car. Was able to choose from several locations right/left air vent, driver side air vent and centre console. Many attachment methods available too like MagSafe, MagSafe charger & cradle.Really easy to install and assemble and is very secure.

I purchased a custom made mobile phone holder from drivesafeandlegal.co.uk, which is owned and operated by Brodit. Their holders come in 2 pieces- one is a custom mount for your vehicle's dashboard, and the other is a phone holder (generic or customised for some phones, such as iPhone and Pixel).My order was dispatched quickly, so I received it the next day by Royal Mail 24. The only bad part was no tracking number was supplied in the email shipping confirmation. The custom mount for my 2019 Mazda 2 fits perfectly. It looks like it was supplied by Mazda and it holds the phone steady with absolutely no shake when driving. However, the description of the custom mount is reads as though the mount can be easily removed and reinstalled, which isn't accurate. It's more of a "semi-permanent" design since the mount has 2 adhesive pads. But each design is different for each car, so maybe designs for other car models are easier to uninstall and install.
I never normally leave reviews, but as someone who enjoys good quality car accessories I can happily recommend brodit mounts. I just got the mount and pro clip for my BMW E46 and it fits incredibly well, looks oem and the biggest bonus - no horrid creaks and rattles like the cheap eBay phone mounts create. I would recommend 100%. No, they're not the cheapest you can buy but for something you use everyday it’s worth the money 10 times over. Thanks guys.
I recently purchased a mobile phone holder with a power attached, but unfortunately whilst tucking the cable behind the dash I managed to crush the lead, I contacted brodit/babol to ask if I could purchase a new cable, initially I was told they don't carry spare parts but would contact their supplier to check.I didn't hear back for about a week and was going to email to see if they had any luck,but this morning I received (no charge) a brand new cable.This to me is excellent customer service and at its best, I have a will buy from brodit again as their products are well made and work great
I have used this company now for a number of years, through their Drive Safe and Legal site.The customer service is second to none, and my most recent order of a Galaxy S9+ holder came the next day.Brodit holders are worth every penny, as they are specific to your device and vehicle, so the holder integrates beautifully without having to damage your vehicle.Would thoroughly reccommend.
Ive bought a few of these products which arent cheap but always thought it was worth the extra for factory fitting type. Unfortunately the aftersales care is non existent. I bought via amazon who advised warranty was with brodit as holder broke in half. Brodit advised they don't sell via amazon despite me providing a receipt showing they do. Indeed their own website quotes reviews from yes... Amazon. Clearly not intrested in repeat customers and my holder is now in 2 pieces. They also claimed it wouldn't fit despite me showing a picture pre damage of it fitted to my Uk Rh drive car. Wont be buying again and advice customers to be aware that any problems they dont want to know.
