I recently purchased a mobile phone holder with a power attached, but unfortunately whilst tucking the cable behind the dash I managed to crush the lead, I contacted brodit/babol to ask if I could purchase a new cable, initially I was told they don't carry spare parts but would contact their supplier to check.I didn't hear back for about a week and was going to email to see if they had any luck,but this morning I received (no charge) a brand new cable.This to me is excellent customer service and at its best, I have a will buy from brodit again as their products are well made and work great
