Additionally, their emails are bouncing back as undeliverable. There is no physical address or phone number to contact. While they have a registered agent in a specific location, it only adds to the feeling of being scammed. They ship from overseas, not from Canada as claimed. I received boots that are unwearable, leaving me stuck with a $75.00 purchase. I've seen numerous reviews stating that refunds are virtually impossible to obtain.
