I wouldn’t even rate them with one star if negative options were available. Everything about this situation feels like a scam. They do not follow through on their refund policy. Additionally, their emails are bouncing back as undeliverable. There is no physical address or phone number to contact. While they have a registered agent in a specific location, it only adds to the feeling of being scammed. They ship from overseas, not from Canada as claimed. I received boots that are unwearable, leaving me stuck with a $75.00 purchase. I've seen numerous reviews stating that refunds are virtually impossible to obtain.
We ordered shoes but received the wrong size. After attempting to return them for a replacement, we had to send back the incorrect pair and place a new order. While we finally received the correct size on the second attempt, we've been waiting for three months and have exchanged about 15 emails regarding our refund. As of now, it has not been processed. We've gotten multiple replies stating it would be credited within 3-5 business days, but that hasn't occurred. There's no option to call, so we are stuck in an email loop. It feels like they are hoping we will just give up.
The shoes were exactly what I expected—comfortable, with quality soles and insoles, and easy to wear. However, they arrived later than anticipated. I don't think this is the company's fault. I ordered them on November 6, and they only arrived on November 30, after I had already left for my trip 😊.
For months, I have been trying to return the shoes I purchased. I’ve been told that my case has been escalated to a supervisor, and I would be contacted shortly numerous times, but I have not heard from any management at all. I have provided all requested information. I am not one to get upset easily, but the customer service here is absolutely terrible and dishonest.
They do make shoes, but the entire operation feels scammy. Delivery took about a month. The shoes didn’t fit, but their website claims "exchange within 30 days hassle-free," which is a complete lie. They initially resisted exchanging my shoes and only offered a 15% discount for a new size. After insisting on the exchange as promised, they agreed. I returned my shoes, and they said they would provide a 100% off coupon for the new size. Nearly three months later, I still haven’t received that coupon. After multiple emails, I received a response asking what my issue was, despite the fact that it was already outlined in our previous correspondence. They received my returned shoes but have yet to provide the necessary coupon for the exchange. They have my money, and I am left without shoes. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

After finally locating the email to request a return and sending my request, I have yet to receive a response—it's been over a week, despite the site stating a 3-5 business day response time. The site also indicated that submitting multiple requests would further delay the process, but if not handled within 30 days, the return would be ineligible.
