I saw a sheet set listed at $106 as a guest (with the 15% first-order discount auto-applied), but when I logged into my account (and hadn’t purchased before), the same item showed up at $125 — and the 15% discount had to be manually applied, if you even realize that.So while they technically offer the discount, it's only effective if you catch the higher price and reapply the code yourself. Otherwise, you just overpay.I reported this to the FTC because this kind of price manipulation is misleading. If you're shopping here, make sure to check incognito and compare prices before buying. Loyal or logged-in users shouldn’t be punished with higher prices.
