This place is a total scam. I never received the item ordered on November 20, 2025. My husband and I called multiple times, but the delivery service couldn't locate his office. Speaking to a real person is rare; you're often redirected to a fake customer service system. Even when we provided detailed address information, the item was never delivered. I'm considering reporting this company's questionable practices.
